Our visit to Italy

Back in January, Sue and I hosted some of her family from Viareggio, Italy. Uncle, Aunt, daughter Angela and her fiancée Franco were taken on a whirlwind tour of Boston, Foxboro and other places. [Read it here] These are warm and loving people and our time spent with them, for lack of a better word, was joyful.

Last month, Sue and I visited them in Italy.

Ciao Italia!

Ciao and buongiorno! (Hello and good day!)

Sue and I have played “ambassador to the United States” these last three weeks, with the happy arrival of some of her family from Italy. Uncle, Aunt, and their nineteen year old daughter Angela arrived for a brief visit in early January along with Angela’s fiancée Franco, who has never been to the States before.
