A triumph!
“A Christmas Carol at the Rodman Center — PERFECT, just perfect.
A performance of this quality here in Foxboro? Incredible — I thought I was in New York on Broadway! It was THAT GREAT!
This performance of “A Christmas Carol” was JOYOUS.
The music. The dancing. The choreography. The costume changes.
The actors — always in character, even if not the center of attention observing, reacting. The actors — every one, just perfection. Totally in character, putting in 110%
The three ghosts — familiar yet so different.
The sets — well done!
The dialogue — almost all done by singing and the words (and dancing) by Dickens are there but so many surprises and differences than any performance / movie of the play I have ever seen.
The dancing — INCREDIBLE. Perfect choreography!
The music — complementing every scene, all new music yet familiar. the songs, the lyrics, fleshing out the story.
Emerald City Theatrical – THANK YOU!
Mike Griswold — an AMAZING, perfect Scrooge, conveying so much by gesture, by smiles and frowns and dancing and a million other things — A Scrooge familiar yet new.
The entire take on the story is so fresh, so different — while staying close to the Christmas Carol story and plot, so many nuances and subtle changes all woven in with FLAWLESS perfect acting, songs, dances, quick prop changes, elaborate sets… (and snow!)
The audience was captivated by this INCREDIBLE and FRESH performance of this beloved Christmas story. At the end we were on our feet applauding!
I was blown away by how good it was!
I even got to shake hands with Mike “Scrooge” Griswold. GREAT guy!”
HIGHLY recommeded!
